
Telecom Fiji proudly donated $5,000 and entered a team in the 2025 Frank Hilton Organization Charity Wheelbarrow Race- Bara Battle, held on Saturday September 13th at Albert Park, Suva.
The Amazing Wheelbarrow Race is an annual fundraising event that supports the Frank Hilton Organization in delivering vital early detection and intervention services for children with disabilities across Fiji. The organization follows a multidisciplinary, family-centered approach, providing support not only to children but also to their families—empowering them to understand and manage their children’s needs, while promoting independence and inclusion.
“We thank the Frank Hilton Organization for allowing us to contribute to this very worthy cause,” said Charles Goundar, CEO of Telecom Fiji.
“As a local company, we have a responsibility to give back to our community, especially during challenging times. This event is one of the many ways Telecom supports Fijians nationwide,” he added.

For the past eight consecutive years, Team Telecom has proudly won the Best Dressed Team award, adding flair, fun, and spirit to the event.
