Our experienced and inspirational leaders are responsible for driving Telecom Fiji’s continued success. They steer the direction of the company and enable the delivery of exceptional outcomes to our shareholders, our employees and to the people of Fiji.
Chief Executive Officer
Charles brings vast experience to his role as Telecom Fiji CEO. His 24 years with the company underpins his impressive knowledge and understanding of the sector. Prior to being appointed CEO, Charles held the position of General Manager – Sales and Retail. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of the South Pacific, Fiji.
General Manager Corporate Services and Human Resources
Samuela is a Solicitor with over 31 years’ experience in the telecommunications sector. He began his career at Telecom Fiji in 1993 as the company’s Legal Counsel. Samuela holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Bond University, Australia.
Chief Technical Officer
Mesake is an experienced Engineer who has worked at Telecom Fiji for 21 years. He has held many roles during his career with the company – most recently, Manager Network Operation. Mesake holds multiple qualifications, including a Masters in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Engineering Technology degree from University of the South Pacific, Fiji.
Chief Financial Officer
A seasoned finance leader with over 20 years of FMCG expertise, Ravinesh specializes in driving strategic growth, financial compliance, and commercially driven reporting to drive operational excellence. With an MBA, CPA and CA (FICA) credentials, he implements high impact financial frameworks that optimize revenue and cash flow to secure long term market leadership.
Chief Commercial Officer
Jyotika brings strong commercial leadership and deep telecommunications expertise to the role of Chief Commercial Officer. With extensive experience in revenue growth, customer experience, digital transformation, and strategic partnerships, supported by a Master of Business Administration, Jyotika leads go to market strategies that enable digital inclusion, support Fiji’s digital future, and strengthen Telecom Fiji’s position as a trusted national provider.
